Terms of Service
Before Our Arrival for Your Scheduled Service – For the safety of your pets and our technicians, all animals must be secured inside your home or in a separate, securely enclosed area (not chained or tethered in the yard) before our technician arrives. This will prevent any pet escapes and any injury to our technicians.
If our technician arrives to find animals in the yard or a higher number of animals than was reported to Clean Paws Squad, our technician will not be able to perform the service and will cancel the service appointment immediately. You will still be charged for the service. We are not responsible for any animals which escape the yard due to not being in a secure location.
In order to maximize our ability to thoroughly clean your property, the area to be cleaned must be free from overgrown grass, weeds, and other landscaping, and free from any debris. We cannot scoop what we cannot see. The area to be cleaned should also be free of any harmful objects such as holes, nails, sharp items, or anything that could cause our technicians harm. If our technician is not able to complete the service due to the condition of your service area, you will still be charged for the service.
We will not be able to complete your service if the gate to your yard is locked or your yard is otherwise inaccessible. You will still be charged for the service if our technician is unable to access the service area.
Service Process – Our professional technician will inspect the area to be cleaned, scoop the pet waste, and put it in the location you specify prior to service. If you do not specify a location, we will put the bag on the street curb in front of your house for removal by your regular trash company.
Scheduling – The Clean Paws Squad offers pet waste removal services Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. We are closed on all federal holidays.
Our technician will contact you when they are approximately 15-30 minutes from your location and will contact you again when the service had been completed.
The Clean Paws Squad is a small business with a small number of staff. We will work with you to adjust schedules to ensure that your yard gets cleaned. However, we reserve the right to cancel your service due to federal holidays, staffing issues, and inclement weather. Except in cases of emergency or inclement weather, the Clean Paws Squad will contact you 24 hours in advance to inform you of the cancellation and reschedule your service. You will not be charged for the service if the Clean Paws Squad cancels for any reason other than the reasons listed in Paragraph 1.
If you need to cancel a service appointment, please contact Clean Paws Squad 24 hours in advance via phone call or text message to 254-979-2042. Except in cases of emergency or inclement weather, you will still be charged for the service if you fail to provide 24 hours notice to Clean Paws Squad of your cancellation of the service appointment. Should you need to cancel two or more service appointments in a row, the Clean Paws Squad reserves the right to charge a yard reset fee due to the amount of pet waste that will have accumulated between service appointments.
Service Cancellation – The Clean Paws Squad or the client may cancel the service for any reason. For customers with a six or twelve month subscription, notice of cancellation must be received 30 days before the desired end date. Customer cancellations must be provided via email to cleanpawssquadscooper@gmail.com. The Clean Paws Squad will provide written notice of cancellation to you via the email on file.
